What is website widget?

Our widget allows you to embed your chatless.ai assistant on your website. You can embed it as "chat bubble" or as a part of regular website content (iframe).

What languages are supported?

chatless.ai supports over 90 languages while interacting with users.

Can I use chatless.ai directly in your portal without widget?

Yes! This is one of our common use cases. What's more you can invite other users (i.e. your coworkers) and give them permissions to specific assistants. Right now we allow a maximum of 200 users. This limit will be increased in the future.

What type of knowledge can I provide to an assistant?

Right now our assistants can learn from ".pptx", ".pdf", ".docx", ".md", ".txt" documents and website urls you provide.

Can I customize behaviour of the assistant?

Yes! You can customize the behaviour of your assistant by providing custom instructions.

Do you use ChatGPT?

We are using OpenAI APIs and GPT 3.5 turbo models as an engine for our assistants. We find GPT 3.5 turbo the most efficient model for current use case of our assistants. However, it is possible that we will allow usage of GPT 4 in the future.

Where do you store data?

We store all the data on the territory of European Union. You can find details in our Terms of Service.
